Franzisca is a member of the private funds practice in Frankfurt. She advises German and international credit institutions, financial service providers and fund managers on all regulatory issues, in particular with regard to the German Banking Act (KWG), MiFID II and the German Investment Code (KAGB). Furthermore, she specializes in advising on the distribution of financial instruments.
