Katja has been a member of POELLATH’s Private Funds department since 2020. Her focus is on advising German and international fund managers on fund structuring and fund regulatory law. She has particular expertise in the distribution of financial instruments (marketing, pre-marketing). She is passionate about supporting clients from the initial idea to the successful launch of a fund.
