Practice
David is a member of the investment funds practice group. He advises German and international fund managers and investors on structuring of and investments in private equity funds and other alternative investment funds. His practice focuses on reviewing and negotiating all legal and tax aspects. In addition, he advises on tax compliance matters, including CRS and DAC 6.
