Daniel is active in real estate law and has extensive experience in the structuring, preparation, execution and settlement of real estate transactions (share and asset deals). He advises both institutional and private investors in all phases of the sale or acquisition of real estate, as well as companies with real estate assets. Furthermore, Daniel is a specialist in providing legal advice to project developers and investors in all phases of project development.
