Matthias has advised for many years on real estate transactions and real estate project developments of all kinds, as well as on the conclusion of rental and lease agreements and joint ventures. He is frequently listed among the top experts in recognized rankings. His clients include many well-known companies, banks and funds. Clients appreciate his negotiating power and knowledge of market standards. He is chairman of the board of the postgraduate Real Estate Law (LL.M.) course in Muenster.
