Dr. Annemarie Bork

Annemarie is a member of the private funds practice group. He advises German and international fund managers and institutional investors on structuring of and investments in private equity funds and other alternative investment funds. She focuses on contractual and regulatory aspects, including issues relating to fund structuring and the German Investment Code (KAGB). She also advises on the distribution of financial instruments and compliance issues.
