On November 17, 2014, the weekly economics magazine, Wirtschaftswoche, published a list of the top 25 law firms for real estate law. P+P partners Matthias Durst and Stefan Lebek in Berlin are included in this top ranking.

The selection procedure comprised three rounds: in the first, 60 firms and 200 attorneys were chosen based on databank research and interviews with experts; in the second round, 26 experts from leading firms made their selections (rankings of their own firms and/or themselves were excluded); in the third and final round, an independent jury
ranked the 39 firms with lawyers included in the well above-average rankings, based on the following criteria: success, experience, specialization and strength of the teams. The 25 firms with the most points were listed in the above-mentioned article.
