P+P Pöllath + Partners expands Frankfurt tax advisory practice
P+P is establishing a new practice area in the Frankfurt office. The focus of the new tax practice will primarily be the ongoing advisory and compliance of private equity funds.
Sascha Brömel, the longtime tax advisor with P+P, is taking on the responsibility for the establishment of the new practice area with the support of the Munich-based partners Michael Best and Peter F. Peschke.
In addition, the Frankfurt tax advisory practice recently expanded, with Adam Brockmann and Daniel Gierth moving to P+P from one of the Big Four auditing companies. Both have many years of experience and expertise in fiscal law for private equity fund compliance.
P+P sees the potential for significant growth in this area, in particular due to P+P's outstanding know-how in the comprehensive support of private equity funds and the strong structural advice for funds in P+P's Frankfurt office, represented by Andreas Rodin and Peter Bujotzek.
