P+P names 3 partners from its own counsel
"We are pleased to begin 2014 by naming several long-term colleagues from within our own ranks as partners," commented Dr. Matthias Bruse, member of the P+P management board. In addition, the simultaneous naming of three tax experts with respectively different focuses allows for the successful development of this area of expertise".
All three colleagues have long-term ties with P+P and will further strengthen the partner base in our Berlin and Munich offices.
Dr. Barbara Koch-Schulte, attorney and tax advisor, works on mergers & acquisitions and private equity in the Munich office, with a focus on legal and tax advice on management buy-outs and management participations. She regularly gives talks in her areas of expertise and has been recognized in independent international rankings.
Dr. Hardy Fischer, attorney and tax advisor, is a member of P+P's Berlin tax team and specializes in national and international tax law, real estate and corporate taxation, tax structuring and tax advice on refinancing. In addition to his position as a lecturer and speaker at various universities, he has published various articles in national and international professional publications.
Peter F. Peschke, tax advisor, works in the Munich office and focuses on tax advice for private equity funds and their managers, private equity transactions and wealthy individuals. Peter Peschke has also authored various articles in his areas of expertise for national and international publications.
