DPE Continuation Fund I receives “Europe’s Secondaries Deal of the Year” award at the Private Equity International (PEI) Awards 2022

POELLATH, led by partners Uwe Bärenz, Tarek Mardini and Dr. Michael Best, advised DPE Deutsche Private Equity, a leading German private equity firm in Munich, on all contractual, regulatory and tax aspects of the launch and structuring of the fund “DPE Continuation Fund I”. 

DPE Continuation Fund I was capitalized by a consortium of leading global investors - in particular AlpInvest Partners as lead investor and HarbourVest Partners and Pantheon Ventures as co-lead investors. This is the largest GP-led secondary transaction in Germany to date.
