In 2021, brand eins again identified the best commercial law firms for a total of 24 practice areas. More than 2,500 lawyers and in-house counsel and nearly 3,700 experts, consisting of partners and other professionals in tax consulting and commercial law firms, as well as business and corporate clients, participated in the corresponding surveys. The results were presented in two different editions.

In the edition of “Beste Steuerberater & Wirtschaftsprüfer” (Best Tax Advisors & Auditors), the firm was included for its tax-related advisory on reorganization, restructuring and M&A, as well as its international tax law expertise.

In the edition of “Beste Wirtschaftskanzleien” (Best Commercial Law Firms), POELLATH was among the top 25% of the more frequently recommended law firms for its advice in the areas of corporate law, real estate, M&A, private equity and venture capital, as well as tax law.
