The Münchner M&A Forum (MMA) provides a platform for lectures and discussions on current economic and legal developments and their impact on M&A transactions. As an independent organizer, the Münchner M&A Forum e.V. is pleased to welcome persons in positions of authority from companies, law firms, consulting firms, the judiciary and public administration.

As a supporting member with one partner serving as a board member, POELLATH is significantly involved in the organization of the two annual events.
