Management participation of the GmbH managing director
In order to be able to compete with private equity funds in the search for top managers for the executive board, medium-sized companies are increasingly offering their managing directors participations in the company. This is intended to homogenize the interests of managers and directors and create greater identification of the manager with “his” company.
