POELLATH advises Kai Laumann on agreement with Green Structures GmbH as growth partner of Kai Laumann Zimmerei- und Bedachungs GmbH

Kai Laumann GmbH was founded in 1999 and is based in Wettenberg, Hesse. With approximately 90 employees, the construction company works in solid timber construction, carpentry and roofing, as well as facade design and turnkey construction. The company is a pioneer in the implementation of and research on the so-called “cradle-to-cradle” principle in the construction sector, in which buildings serve as warehouses for raw materials and the materials used are returned to their biological and technical cycles at the end of their functional life.

Founded in 2023 and based in Munich, Green Structures is active in sustainable construction. The group is characterized by a broad product range, particularly in commercial buildings, apartment buildings, public buildings and timber engineering, as well as combined planning and product development expertise.

As part of this partnership, Green Structures is growing both geographically and professionally, particularly in the CLT sector, and is embracing a pioneering role in sustainable construction in the DACH region.
