POELLATH advises EOS Partners on the acquisition of Netz16 Group
Through its portfolio company accompio GmbH (“accompio”), owner-managed private equity firm EOS Partners GmbH (“EOS”) has acquired Netz16 Group (“Netz16”), an innovative IT-managed service provider focusing on cyber security, modern infrastructure and managed services. Netz16 will be integrated into the accompio Group with its subsidiaries digisoolut, Fundwerk and PARIT. The founders of Netz16, Dr. Andreas Herch and Christian Popp, will remain in their roles as managing directors and will continue to drive the development of the accompio group. The acquisition strengthens accompio’s market position as a leading IT service provider in German-speaking countries and expands its offerings to include the expertise of the Netz16 group in managed services, cyber security and digitization.
Augsburg-based Netz16 GmbH is a future-oriented IT service provider with a comprehensive portfolio of IT services in IT security, modern workplace, managed services, IT infrastructure and cloud services. In addition, ERP system platforms, DATEV solutions and telemarketing concepts are marketed through its subsidiaries. Netz16 primarily serves medium-sized companies and international corporations and employs approximately 200 people in four locations.
